Youngsbury Estate is an early 18th century property located in Hertfordshire, designed by the distinguished architect James Paine.

​

After successfully completing the Brew House project, Bridgeman Construction Ltd was commissioned to undertake extensive excavation and groundwork services across the estate.

​

This scope of work encompassed all drainage operations, driveways, installation of a Klargester septic tank, quality courtyard patio area, internal alterations and substantial repairs to existing brickwork, all meticulously carried out to preserve integrity to the historically important architecture.
