Completed at the end of last year following an 18-month programme, Bridgeman Construction successfully delivered the final phase of this exceptional new-build family home in the Home Counties.
Drawing inspiration from the Arts and Craft movement, the home features a carefully curated blend of traditional materials including rich brickwork, stone accents, handcrafted clay roof tiles and bespoke casement windows, creating a timeless elegant exterior.
Beneath its classic appearance, the property incorporates advanced construction methods and discreet sustainable technologies. Exceptional levels of insulation, an airtight envelope with mechanical heat recovery ventilation system, a ground source heat pump, and an extensive solar panel array, ensure outstanding energy performance, resulting in an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate without compromising comfort or design integrity.
Bridgeman Construction worked in close collaboration with the architects, Cowper Griffith, to translate a highly detailed design into a beautifully executed home. Delivered with meticulous care, precision craftmanship, and an uncompromising attention to detail, the project was delivered on time and within budget.
Bridgeman Construction is proud to have created this stunning residence, combining exceptional quality and design.
