The contract for the comprehensive renovation of The Coach House was awarded to Bridgeman Construction Ltd.

​

The work involved the addition of two sizeable modern extensions to blend seamlessly with the existing house and included: installation of windows and a new roof, new chimney, internal configuration and hard landscaping featuring York stone paving.

In addition to the new build element, the interior of the historic building was redesigned with a minimalist contemporary approach to create a modern family home.
