The Brew House is a charming two-bedroom 18th century property located within the ground of the Youngsbury Estate.

Bridgeman Construction Ltd was entrusted with the comprehensive refurbishment of the property, which was in a very poor condition.

​

The work included structural repairs, underpinning, new roof replacement, installation of steelwork and bespoke staircase and extensive internal alterations, including underfloor heating and traditional cast iron radiators as well as the addition of a new patio area.
