As we head into spring, work is now in the final phase at the project in the Home Counties. The house draws inspiration from the Arts & Crafts movement, in keeping with the character of the local conservation area.

The large dwelling was approved under delegated powers, following a careful and thorough design process by Cowper Griffith Architects in close collaboration with the client.

It showcases exquisite brick and stone detailing, along with a large handmade clay plain tiled roof. The specially crafted bespoke brick blend has been laid using traditional lime mortar.

Roof tiles were selected to compliment the colours of the brick and stone and adding to the overall charm are the beautiful bronze windows. The construction work is scheduled for completion by the end of April 2025.
